Tyler Sheff has been a real estate expert for more than a decade. Since receiving his license back in 2000, he has helped countless Floridians find their future homes. As a licensed agent, Tyler has assisted all parties involved with the buying and selling of investment properties. Always looking for the opportunity to educate himself, Sheff put himself in a position to expand into the commercial, multi-family market with the acquisition of three apartment buildings. He was the lead in acquisition, rehabilitation, and stabilization of these properties.

In 2010, Tyler Sheff took time away from real estate to work with the US Government. During this time, Sheff worked with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), a federal agency focused on the condition of the oceans and the atmosphere. Sheff prepared proposals and estimates for FMO Funded ship’s force projects, and, as a specific result of his efforts, the Fleet Maintenance Office was awarded over $1,000,000 in special funding. Sheff saved over $525,000 for the NOAA. While aboard the NOAA Ship Nancy Foster, Sheff spent a great deal of his free time taking advanced courses in real estate and investment techniques. He also studied real estate law and settlement procedures in depth, which has solidly equipped him to best help clients with a myriad of real estate challenges and potential roadblocks.

While Tyler Sheff remains committed to his work in real estate, he also maintains an unwavering passion for the outdoors. In his free time you can find Sheff hunting, fishing, scuba diving, kayaking, participating in a variety of other outdoors activities. Today, you can find Tyler Sheff residing in beautiful Tarpon Springs, Florida where he tackles every day with the same motto: Live every day as if it’s your last, have no guilt, and never regret.
